So today I'm going to tell you guys what I just made for my breakfasting. This thing's called hummus and what is Hummus itself? Hummus is a typical dish in the form of porridge, dipping sauce, or a kind of savory jam made from ground chickpeas mixed with tahini, olive oil, lime juice, salt, and garlic. By the way, hummus is famous in the middle eastern. Sometime's they carrot alongside this dish as a dipping.
The problem is that I don't have tahini, but I have the rest of the ingredients needed. So the first thing you need to do is to boil the chickpeas in your pan, you need to boil it until it becomes smooth. Once you got the texture that you wanted, you put it in your blender alongside salt, olive oil, and yogurt. You blend until it gets to the porridge texture, then you have done.
I eat it with a fresh carrot and it tastes so rich.
